Touch For Health Classes

Dr. Parks brings 40+ years Applied Kinesiology experience to the classroom, for you to learn the skills to assess your and your family's health. The technique, called Touch for Health, is an international movement to help improve individual and communities' health.

Dr. Parks will teach you muscle testing bio-feedback techniques, to reveal imbalances which can lead to pain and poor health.

'Dip your toe in the water' with a 4 hour Introductory course, explore nutrition testing, stress management, peak performance or learn to be a certified practitioner, through our 4 module, series. Continuing Education Credits are available for massage therapists and nurses. Certification as a 'Touch for Health Practitioner' is given, following the 60 hour course.

Modules 1-4 are 16 hours each, and are presented in two, 8 hour sessions on consecutive Saturdays. They must be taken in sequence, but if you are unable to complete the course, you can attend the next series. Any completed module qualifies you to return for free, to retake that module in the future.
